The management of the Company is made up of:

The Board of Directors appointed by PPESA-Privatization and Public Enterprise Supervising Agency are the ones approving the final decision;

CEO and 4 Deputies: Building Works, Road Works, Water Works and Geotechnical Works, who are managing the operation offices;

  Finance, Human Resource and Property Administrator

The MIS Administrator.

The Company has performed different organizational makeover that would enrich its service giving capacity. The following are few of them.

Total Quality Management (TQM) in 2006;

Integrated Performance Management Systems (IPMS) in 2006 and

Finally, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in July 2008
