Building Works:
Building Works Business Unit 1 (BWBU1), Building Works Business Unit 2 (BWBU2) and Building Business Unit 3 (BWU3);
 

Road Works Office:
Road Works Business Unit;

Water Works Office:
Water Works Business Unit

Geotechnical Works Office:
Geotechnical Works Shared service Unit

Besides, MIS and Finance, Human Resource and Property Administration are two supporting units which take part in the managerial decisions.

There are also a specific team namely Marketing and Tendering
Team whose direct responsibility is to help the Company win bid competitions and improve the companies market share.
